Gas work is the one trade where almost right is not a category. We run new lines, repair old ones, and leak-test the system properly, and every job that requires a permit gets one.
- New gas runs for ranges, dryers and cooktops
- Tankless water heater gas sizing and hookup
- Pool heater and fire feature lines
- Generator connections and quick-connects
- Leak detection and pressure testing
- Flexible appliance connector replacement
If you smell gas right now
Leave the house first. Do not flip switches, light anything or start a vehicle in an attached garage. From outside, call your gas utility's emergency line, then call us. The utility makes the meter safe; we find and repair the leak on the house side and retest the system before anything relights.

The tankless conversion detail everyone misses
A tankless heater draws several times the gas of the tank it replaces, and the half-inch line feeding the old tank often cannot carry it. Undersized gas is the number one cause of tankless units that shudder, error out or die early. We size the full run from the meter, upsize where needed, and set the appliance up to breathe properly from day one.
Gas lines questions we hear most
New runs and most modifications require a permit and inspection in every county we serve. We pull it and meet the inspector; you keep the record.
If gas serves the property, usually yes. We run the line and set the valve; your electrician handles the receptacle change if the new range needs it.
Pressure testing with a calibrated gauge over time, plus electronic detection at fittings. Soap bubbles are for confirming a finding, not for certifying a system.
